Successful Launch of SUSTech Undergraduate Pre-Sessional Program

Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) has successfully launched its Undergraduate Pre-Sessional Program, aimed at helping students navigate their academic journey with a strong foundation in English. This program is designed specifically for SUSTech undergraduate students to enhance their English language skills, essential for their university studies.

This year, the Pre-Sessional Program consists of four days of training, covering a range of critical themes. These include English speaking activities, spoken and written communication for university, an introduction to study skills, language in an academic setting, and managing your study at university. By addressing these areas, the program not only introduces students to English medium education in an accessible format but also equips them with effective time and study management skills, crucial for academic success.

A remarkable 1,358 undergraduate freshmen are participating in the training. The SUSTech Center for Language Education (CLE) is committed to providing comprehensive assistance to students as they develop their foreign language skills and strive for academic excellence.
