"Adjusting to University Study" is an independent learning course designed to provide students with the skills and strategies necessary for successful university study. The course consists of a series of videos that cover a range of topics related to academic language, study skills, and communication. The course addresses study skills such as note-taking, reading strategies, time and workload management, and maintaining motivation. 


Communication skills are also covered, including language use in seminar discussions, academic writing, email etiquette, and presentation skills. In addition, the course covers critical thinking and academic language, including academic vocabulary and syntax. "Adjusting to University Study" is an excellent resource for students transitioning from high school to university.
