CLE Book Club#1

The CLE Book Club hosted their first meeting on Monday, March 10th led by Kelly Nelson and Hannah Bradbury. Participating students discussed their favorite reading genres before selecting a book to read this semester. Students chose “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind” by William Kamkwamaba, the true story of a young boy Africa who used the power of invention to solve problems in his rural village. The club will be gathering three more times this semester to discuss the story, characters, and themes. The next meeting is Monday, March 31st.
