Dr Jinshi Shao is Lecturer at the Centre for Language Education, Southern University of Science and Technology. He obtained his BA from Xiamen University, China and his MPhil as well as PhD from the University of Cambridge. His research interests include instructed SLA, L2 pragmatics, and linguistic approaches to bilingualism and multilingualism.
