The Center for Language Education successfully helpd the first CLE Workshop this semester, English for Travel. Hannah Bradbury and participants disscussed common travel situations such as checking into a hotel, asking for directions, arriving at the airport, and passing through immigration and customs. Everyone got a chance to practice using relevant words and phrases in discussion and role-play which is very useful to then when travelling abroad.
