The Essay Topic
Learning with CLE at SUSTech has helped me to become a better English user
Essays can be any length up to a maximum of 3,000 words and should aim to bring fresh insight and understanding to English learning.
Content and style
Essays should be jargon free, making points as concretely and clearly as possible. The judges are looking for strong, well-argued cases with positive ideas. The winning essays will be published on the 1st issue of CLE Student Newsletter, a quarterly magazine dedicated to improving SUSTech students’ English writing.
Timetable
The closing date for entries is 30 April 2017. Prize winners will be announced during May 2017.
