Dr. Siqun Xu is an Associate Professor (Teaching) at the Center for Language Education, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He earned his PhD in English Studies from the University of Nottingham and a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh. His research expertise lies in Discourse Analysis, Sociolinguistics, particularly the study of language, gender, and discursive identity construction.
