Thomas has extensive teaching experience in China. He is passionate about language’s ability to change and shape minds, and he specializes in teaching English academic writing and study skills. Thomas graduated from the University of East Anglia with a Master’s in Literary Translation where he specialized in translation’s role in expanding Chinese science fiction in the literary industry. He is qualified with a Cambridge DELTA in teaching English, specializing in teaching English in an academic setting.
Experience
He previously taught on joint study programs at China Agricultural University, as well as teaching students on post-graduate programs and helping give linguistic services to researchers looking to publish their writing. He is a fiction writer and has short, flash and micro stories published with various e-zines.
